Fantasy Hockey – Jan 10 – The Resurection of Christensen

Trends to continue Watching from Tonight:

Teemu Selanne: Selanne was playing great before his injury. In his first game back he has a goal.

Jochen Hecht: The Sabres are near the top of the East due to great coaching and players stepping up from deep in the line-up. Hecht has 6 points in his last 5 games. He’s a great pick-up because he can fill two spots on the team.

Patrick Hornqvist: 16 points in his last 13 games. Enough said.

Mikael Samuelsson: 7 points in 7 games since not being announced to the Swedish Olympic team. Look’s like he’s banking on making it as an injury replacement.

Waiver Fodder:

Erik Christensen: Looks like he’s finding his spot in the league.  Anaheim was far too patient with him, but with the Rangers how he has 6 points in his last 7 games.

Josh Bailey: I’m giving him a strong buy rating with 8 points in his last 6 games.

Eric Belanger: He’ll get you face-off wins at the very least, but Belanger has managed  4 points in the last 4 games.

Troy Brouwer: Seeing time on the power play, Brouwer had a PPG last game to give him 6 points in 7 games.
